1211 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Last updated: 2026. Please read these terms in full before registering or using 1211's services.
This document sets out the binding terms governing your use of the 1211 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 1211 platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the 1211 platform. Continued use of the platform following any published changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
The 1211 platform is only available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Users who have not reached this age are strictly prohibited from registering or using any services on this platform.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the 1211 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual — including using another person's details or false information — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without notice.
During registration, users are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 1211 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time as part of its compliance and account verification procedures.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account — whether authorised or not — is your responsibility. We strongly advise against sharing your login details with anyone, and urge you to contact our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Use a strong, unique password for your 1211 account.
- Do not log in over unsecured public Wi-Fi networks.
- Log out of any shared device after every session.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree to use the 1211 platform solely for personal and lawful entertainment purposes. Any use intended for fraud, system manipulation, automated software (bots), or any action that compromises the integrity of the platform is strictly prohibited.
The following activities are prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure:
- Using any automated software or system to interact with the platform.
- Transferring funds between accounts without 1211's authorisation.
- Exploiting technical errors or system inaccuracies for unauthorised gain.
- Sharing or selling account access to third parties.
- Carrying out any action that compromises the security or privacy of other users.
1211 reserves the right to monitor account activity to detect and prevent fraudulent behaviour. All decisions made by 1211 management regarding rule violations are final.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on the 1211 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users may make deposits via available local payment methods, including internet banking, FPX, and supported e-wallets. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to current policy and may change from time to time.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the bank account or payment method registered under the same name as the 1211 account. Withdrawal requests to third parties will not be approved. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take up to three business days under normal circumstances.
1211 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving certain withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding set limits. This forms part of our standard anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.
All deposits are non-refundable once confirmed, unless a verifiable technical error has occurred. Users are advised to review all transaction details carefully before confirming.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
Liability Limits
The 1211 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1211 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, data loss, or game outcomes.
1211 makes no guarantees that the platform will always be available, error-free, or fully secure from unauthorised access. Users access and use the platform at their own risk.
Account Suspension & Closure
1211 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice where reasonable grounds exist, including but not limited to: suspected fraud, breach of these terms, unlawful activity, or failure to pass identity verification.
If an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may be held pending investigation. Users may contact the 1211 support team at [email protected] to submit an appeal regarding the account closure.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property

Third-Party Links
Where the 1211 platform contains links to third-party websites, those links are provided for informational convenience only. 1211 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party websites they visit.
